Returns and Refunds

Deposit £50 when booking  to secure your date is necessary. Please note that deposit is non refundable. Remaining session fee (except for Xmas Minis where the session is paid upfront as a deposit) is payable on the date of the session. We are alwyas happy to reschedule your session if given at least 24 hours notice as we know sometimes life gets in the way. On very rare occasion a photographer may need to reschedule due to illness, it is especially important during the newborn session. We keep the safety of your family a priority. 

If there is any problem with your order or the date or time booked please let me know and I will try my best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
